Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 36 hours of the order being placed. All orders placed on an weekend will be sent out on the next working day.
Am I able to cancel or amend an order?
As long as you contact us before your order is shipped we can cancel or amend orders.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund.
If you buy older boxes and have issues with the cards or get an expired redemption what can you do?
Most older boxes have the cards in the same condition they left the factory – but certain products are sometimes known to stick together or have other issues. As far as redemption cards go, unfortunately that comes along with buying certain older products. While in most instances there isn’t anything that the manufacturer can do we can provide you with customer service contact information if required.
How do I watch box breaks?
They will all be live on our Instagram page, @elite_cardsuk & all breaks will be available anytime to watch on our Instagram after it has been completed.
How long until I receive my cards from a break?
We ship all break orders on the Saturday morning on the same week that the break has taken place. We normally expect you to receive your cards in 3/4 working days after that.
Why has my SGC submission taken more than 5 weeks?
While we do advertise 4/5 week turnaround, this relates to the grading time only, not total time. Our normal window is usually open for two weeks or when we have sold out of our subs. All cards that have been received in that window will all leave us at the same time.
On top of this it will also take approximately 10 days from us receiving payment after your grades have popped to receive the cards back at Elite HQ. So in real terms full turn around is closer to 7/8 weeks.
